Somethings Just Not Right Here! - Day One

Everyone at some point feels like "SOMETHING'S JUST NOT RIGHT HERE!” in their lives.

I call it personal dissonance. It’s hard to put your finger on it at times, but you know that you don’t like what you are seeing happen, or what you are thinking, feeling or experiencing. It just isn’t in line with what is the norm for your chosen (or given) convictions. You may even fear that if this errant idea or issue is not resolved it could lead you to away from the people or set of beliefs that you’ve held all your adult life. Not that going on to do a complete change of ideology or relationship would necessarily be wrong; in fact that may be why you are here, for that gentle rump kick over the line. But in most cases all we need is a little nudge back into the line that we have been mostly comfortable with all or lives.

Dangerous waters, but only if you “land” without having satisfaction in the choices you make. This is a helping place. You will be in control. Share anything…anything but that which is obviously not legit, silly, intentionally inflaming, or spam-ish. Those entries will be deleted. This blog will remain a serious endeavor even while we have fun with it.

VIEW FROM THE PEER: Anyone who wants to contribute to helping those who are being honest enough to admit their gravest concerns, needs to keep in mind that we are all only sharing from our own experiences and ideas. Here it’s not “my way or the highway”, rather, “Here’s a path I resolved to follow; I hope you find satisfaction with your own answers, having assimilated what we’ve shared.”

So, this blog is dedicated to those individuals who are feeling that not as uncommon as you might think personal dissonance in their lives. It can rear its ugly head in careers, religion, philosophy, political party, marriage, friendships, you name it.

To repeat, here is your forum to express that feeling that "Something's Just Not Right Here" about an idea or experience and perhaps you will get that insight or answer you’ve needed from someone else that has already resolved their similar issue.
